Heavy Handed is my corner of the internet, where I get to make things that excite me and share the ride with anyone who wants to come along. The name isn’t about being forceful or clumsy. It’s about commitment. When something captures my attention, I can’t help but go all in.
Heavy on the details. Heavy on the effort. Heavy on caring about the outcome. That’s just how I’m wired. I want to be recognized for my work, but I’m focused on the journey, honing my craft one piece at a time. If you’re into props, statues, or just watching someone figure it out as they go, you’re in the right place.
What I make
Custom-painted statues, props, and collectibles. Honestly, whatever excites me. Marvel, Dragon Ball Z, Warhammer, video game replicas, giant dinosaur heads. If it captures my attention, I’m probably building it.
Every piece is one-of-a-kind and hand-finished, taking raw printed plastic and transforming it into something gallery-worthy. Heavy on the details. Heavy on the effort.
The journey
I studied fine art illustration back in 2012, then life happened. Heavy Handed is me finding my way back to making things with my hands, this time in three dimensions. It’s a slow build, done for the love of it, and I’m documenting the whole thing as I go.
